Kids pufferfish craft idea out of paper plates

Puffer fish craft.
We made this out of paper plate and they turned out adorable.
We painted them and cut the edges of the plate to resemble a puffer fish and used colored paper for the fin easy peasy and so much fun.

What you need:

• Paper plates
• Tempera paint
• Glue and scissors
• Googly eyes
• Q-tips
• Paint brushes
• Construction paper or colored paper (red,green)
