Elmer the Elephant Collage

Homeschool Elmer book collage craft activity

Materials:

• Scrap papers
• Glue and scissors
• Googly eyes
• Elephant printable(on the orange paper)
• Elmer book

We created our own Elmer the elephant from the moment I saw this book in the library I remembered seeing this collage activity somewhere here (sorry did not save it so do not know to whom to give credit for).
Mama drew an Elmer-like elephant,then Y. applied the glue (probobly her favourite part of the activity) and then we slided precut squares,until we obtained something Elmer-similar:)
All I can say is that today she asked for the same activity,bringing me the book and telling repeatedly ”Mama fant,mama fant”
