Playing Golf at Home
Children who are older than 36 months are able to count the numbers and match them with each other. There are lots of activities for preschool children to teach numbers to them and even if they like to play games, they always want different kinds of plays. This is why it is sometimes very difficult to find a brand new and educational game for parents to play with their children. If you are one of these parents, here is an outside sport that you can do at your own home preparing practically with basic elements. Let’s what we need to play golf at home and get started! 😊
Required Materials
- Cardboard
- Glue
- Marker pen
- Scissors
- Pipets
- Plastic balls
- Basket
- Sticky tape
- Stick
- Cylindirical material
How to do it?
First of all, get a blue cardboard and cut a rhomboid shape. Then fold it over to give a flag shape to it. You need to cut ten cards to write the numbers down on them.
After cutting and folding the papers, write down the numbers from 1 to 10 on the top of them one by one.
Then paste the cardboards on the upper end of the pipets. These will be your flags.
You should get the balls and write the same numbers on them as well. Put the balls in a basket then.
You need a goal post to send the balls. You can make it using the cardboards and paste your cylindirical material on the lateral surface of the goal post (So you will put the flags in it).
Lastly, make a playground with the sticky tape to set the borders.
Now you are ready to play! Put one of the flags in the cylinder. Your child will choose the ball with identical number on the flag and try to send it to the goal post with the stick. You can change the flags so he/she will learn the match the same numbers. Have fun! 😊
